Heated steering wheel

Has anyone successfully upgraded a MY13 onwards to a heated steering wheel.I have tried to do so but find I seem to have a number of connectors (3) which need a home. One seemed to plug into the right switch panel where the heat switch is.If I do this then the indicators and lights stop working and the Lights ON message appears on the dash.So I have left these connectors loose in the meantime.
So looking for a diagram of where the steering wheel connectors fit and any other advice appreciated.

I have fitted a new clock spring and a heated wheel with loom and switch pack. Confused MY2013 GS SD4 Baltic Blue

I fitted one earlier in the year and no problem when I purchased the modified clock spring.

A heated seat belt might be quite cosy!

Don't knock it, it's the best £185 I've ever spent.

Had one on my 13MY Fl2 and currently have one on my DS, it's not available on my new Disco SE and I'm going to miss it. It comes in handy when leaving for work at 4am and it's -10. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

it was quite obvious on mine it was just that they had deleted the pins on the receiver for which I think was the two pin plug.

Life is full of hardships eh...

I suppose that folk managed in the same way that they did before heaters, windscreen washers and car radios etc. And what about these damned new-fangled syncromesh gearboxes eh? They'll never catch on and even if they did, before you know it, folks will be wanting robotic gearboxes - automatic gear changing, yeah right. That'll never happen.

I want my solid tyres and starting handle back. Laughing
