Trip to Northumberland and the Scottish Borders

A couple of weeks ago we holidayed near Bamburgh, also ventured out for days in Scotland too. We saw LOTS of other Freelander 2's out and about and decided it was a bit of a breeding ground for them Wink

Here are a few piccies from our trip, hope you enjoy

Fantastic photos. Got the bug again myself but it is just wildlife photography that I enjoy, love your landscape shots though.

Heyho, Low Newton by the Sea was our regular evening walk and a lovely peaceful, scenic one at that. There are so many tucked away beaches along that stretch of coast Smile

Scotland

All great pics on a wonderful, peaceful part of the country.

Drove [just last week] from North Yorks up the A68 through Co Durham to Corbridge then through Northumberland and into central borders on way to Edinburgh........ stunning, beats the A1 & M6/M74 routes into Scotland

However don't think I'll be taking up photography.
Had a look at some Canon EOS cameras when in John Lewis yesterday ..... then saw the lenses
...... there was one that was about FOUR times the price of the camera.
I'll just stick with my little Brownie thank you! FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

Yes it is quite a tricky subject to see how good a lens will be with the camera body as some are better for crop sensors, etc. I use this site to check what the sharpness (megapixels) I will get using a specific lens on the camera body. dxomark.com
