Wales 2010 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Auto Stornoway Grey
Auto lag

Picked up my first freelander 2 a few days ago, I'm noticing a very clear second or two delay when I put my foot down. I have a 2010 auto, please tell me this is normal, and if so does anyone have any tricks to fix it?

Thanks!

Yes brake with your left foot and keep the right foot on the gas. Very Happy

Think the only way to get around it seems to be remap

Have you tried putting it in sport? Freelander 57 plate XS Blue Auto

Thanks for your reply, glad to hear it's normal. I've tried it in sport mode, doesn't really make a difference. I'll live with it I guess and possibly get it remapped if that could help. Cheers!
