Al-ko secure wheel lock registration problem

Help please, I want to register my alko secure wheel lock but the cris number is 17 digits long but there is only 5 boxes on the website I guess you must have to put the cris number into blocks but I am not sure

Start with the first box, enter the CRIS numbers, each box will only hold a few numbers, when it is full it will move over to the next box and so one. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
