Yep, as Metropolis has said, and in further expansion of my answer above:-
No reasonable expectation of privacy in the service reception of a main dealer - it is, for all intents and purposes, a public place.
Perfectly reasonable to film there unless the owner of the building has expressly forbidden it - and even then it would appear the best he could do would be a private prosecution for trespass.
Also, contrary to what I said earlier, it would also appear to be perfectly legal to publish said footage as long as it was not acquired where someone could reasonably expect privacy (or the landowner had forbidden it) and it was not defamatory.
Lastly, cursory/brief research suggests also perfectly legal to capture (and publish) images of children in a public place - again, unless the landowner has forbidden it (ie in a school) or the image was indecent or exploitative (i.e. for advertising when permission from the parent should be sought). In any other case, it would appear (again, from some quick research) a photographer does not need permission from the parent to photograph (or indeed publish said photograph) of a child.
Anyway - as suggested, I'm sure the dealer principal will have knowledge of the scheme and signed up his establishment.
