Rusty brackets on my tow hitch

I have a dealer fit tow hitch from new in 2007.
The two angle brackets which hold the electrics have rusted and one is broke.
Land Rover say these brackets are not available on their own.

Does anyone have any ideas of after market suppliers or do I have to try to fabricate something.

Cheers anyone

Stainless steel would seem a great idea looking at the state of mine!
