2014 Freelander 2 2.0T SE Auto Fuji White

Compared: Philips Crystal Vision vs STD Halogen Headlights

I bought some night breakers and was quite disappointed with the colour - far too yellow. Also, one literally exploded disputed fitting them with fresh rubber gloves.

I ended up going for a set of Philips Crystalvision rated at ~4300k as opposed to the 4600k Diamond vision. I chose these I saw on a Honda forum people mention the latter were bluer.
They were $90 for a Head and Fog set with free Philips White parkers

Overall, much happier with the result - much more HID like but with out the warranty void. They were more expensive than aftermarket but much cheaper than a genuine conversion.
Bulb isn't amazing from what I've read.

HB3 for Head light, H11 for Fogs

Not as bright as night breakers (as these are bluer - Yellow light is normally brighter in terms of Lumen output on halogen bulbs) but still better than standard OEM bulbs.

That will be because of the filter in the glass to take out the yellow wavelengths.

After a couple of weeks these actually seem to be fully white now.
Certainly worth it.
