Just set mine up with a couple of cards and apparently you just hold your phone close to the contactless reader in the shop and put your thumb or finger on the scanner as normal and job done.

You need to check you've got the latest iOS update installed then go into passbook app and add whatever cards you want. It gives a brief tutorial on how it works. You can enter cards manually or use the camera to read the details on the front of the card. It's available on the 6 and can be used for small amounts like contactless cards. Been using it since Tuesday...works a treat on my iPhone 6. Used it again this morning in LiDL of all places, so think its going to be quite big once the other major banks have cottoned on to it. (Mine was Nationwode BTW) Foraging near Gaydon....

I get the feeling it will never work right when you want it to but if anyone nicks your phone it will for them and empty your bank account.
