Changing rear wheel bearings

Wondering if anyone has got a How To on changing the rear wheel bearings on the FL2 ??

I can see the rear knuckle needs to come off, but wondering how difficult it is to get the bearing out and what improvised tools can be suggested for it's removal Thumbs Up Discovery 3 SE

Workshop manual says you need a hydraulic press to get the bearing out.

You can buy a 6 ton press new on eBay for about £60. It would more than pay for itself in one job. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto
