Bonnet decals

Having the bonnet resprayed on my Freelander soon, due to a couple of unsightly bird marks.

The body shop mentioned about the bonnet decals, how do I know where the badges should go in the correct place. Do the replacements come with a template?

I'm sure that the letters are supplied correctly spaced on a 'backing' strip ready to apply to the bonnet edge. i.e. uncover adhesive side of lettering, position and fix, peel off the 'backing'strip' and job done.

Yes they do Ive put some on, if you get the official LR parts ones they come affixed to a cardboard template so you can get them in exactly the right place, correctly spaced.
