Location wise, looks ok, but as said you would want to supply drinking water, emptying point for toilets (this could be a simple grate, tapped in to normal waste point, but normally quite close to field, I personally prefer electrical hook up sites, with decent amps

Basic site must supply drinking water and a proper black waste disposal point.

Hard standing could be something as simple as hardcore in the area were the caravan wheels would be, not the full pitch

Play park would be an idea, there is a CCC site near me that new and won an award due to activities for kids, feed animals etc also the CCC allow tents or caravan (up to certain numbers) which will again broaden the client base
