And the spring kit for the handbrake shoes.
And while its all in bits, you may as well replace the expanders for the shoes too

One of mine were seized, and no amount of WD40 would unseize it enough to release the handbrake fully...

What about a pedal rubber too

Actually all of that was OK (even the pedal rubber!) but what was a bit scary was that the outer pad looked as if it had about 4mm left whilst the inner was right down and starting to delaminate. Before you ask, the guide pins were not seized at all. So it was a good job that I decided to have a proper look. Car has done 62k and probably on second set of pads.

That inner pad is thin, could that be an issue with the caliber, should the pads not wear equally?

I am starting to wonder about mine, on 36k at present and lacking bite, lots of shorter journeys. The previous car was at 80k and on the original pads but mostly motorway miles, at its last service the dealer sheet reported more than 50% meat left on them.
Will have a look at mine later and see what's left.

This car does a lot of off road work so I guess that grit and dirt have made it worse, especially on the inside, the discs are a little worn but not enough to warrant a replacement yet. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

How's the breaks now ?

As my late Dad used to say, "I only use the brakes for stopping".
Changing pads was easy, more tricky bit is adjusting the handbrake, the shoes had plenty of meat on them and nothing was seized so cleaned it all up and reassembled, did the 8 clicks on the adjusters recommended by LR but now feel that it needs to be a little tighter as the handbrake lever goes up to 7 clicks so I might get the wheels off again and readjust rather than shorten the cable adjuster at the back of the centre console. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
