Headlight bulbs

I have a 07 FL2 GS model and think the headlight bulbs are a bit naff, can anyone reccomend any decent halogen bulbs that are good at lighting up the road at night? I did have a hid kit on my last car so there is a noticable difference! Thanks

All you can do is fit nightbreaker bulbs or similar, personally I have used Halfords +110% often buy 1 get one free.
very easy to change.
If I remember correctly 07-10 models have 4 H7 bulbs. All FL2's (3) Gone
2011 Mercedes C180 CGI Gone
FL2 GS Auto SD with heated leather, factory tints, alloy spare and a few other bits.

I recently fitted Philips Headlight Bulbs White Vision Xenon Effect - H7 Twin Pack.
They were quite cheap ECP £23.74(free set of 501 Bulbs Included)
Unsure what improvement they will be

I was surprised there is no lamp failure system on the FL

Joe Fix it until it's broke !

Osram Night Breakers are good and worth using to replace the standard bulbs. Be aware that their life expectancy seems to be around 12 months (all 4 of mine failed between 12 & 15 months) and when replacing them take great care that they are positioned exactly right as it is very easy to put them in apparently correctly but to have them misaligned (I know, I did it!).
