Looks good but I'm not a fan! At least you've used Plasti-dip which can be removed.

Good question! I'm just playing around with the look really. Like you say, plasti dip is great for experimentation and making changes for a while.

use liquid soap rather than cards, once dry just wash it away and you end up with nice clean tyres too |

Thanks for the suggestion! You mean to make it easy to remove the overspray from the tyre wall? FL2 2011 SD4 XS in Galway Green |

Thanks! Looks mean ![]() Part of my thinking is the metallic in my paint can make the green look quite a bit lighter in summer, so the darker features will complement that during the summer months. I've not seen aintree green and galway green next to each in person, in photos they look very similar? So not sure if mine is bit lighter than yours? FL2 2011 SD4 XS in Galway Green |

Yes, the overspray sits on the soap and not the tyre ![]() |

You know I'm not liking it but not for any other reason other than its "Plasti-dip" I have a real adversion to it. Another member on here had their wheels "shadow chromed" which I think would look far better or even if you gloss blacked the rims. I saw a vehicle here the other day which also had plasti dip'd wheels which were looking rather shabby and it look so!
