Hi all
Took the car in for a service at duckworths on Saturday all was ok apart from being told that the high level brake light bulb had blown and it had been replaced, got the car home and it's gone again? Has anyone had this happen at all? I know I can replace the bulb again but if it blows again could it be some sort of fault? Has anyone had issues with these going or have I just been unlucky MY 2012 HSE LUX

I agree with the LED suggestion
BEFORE you do though - try and find what's causing it to blow - may just be a one off of course but it (as you suggest) could happen again

Check the connections and wiring also any evidence of movement or damp penetration?

No good constantly replacing lamps if the root cause is not dealt with

Check for water in the unit. Can be from failed seals or, often, from washer pipe not joining correctly to nozzle - joint is inside the unit. 2011 SD4 HSE Auto
