It was in the news this week, learner driver on first ever lesson, instructor/learner was parked at the road side. Goes to show how good car cctv can be. Saw some woman do that up the front of a Porsche once and then went mental claiming she had right of way.

If Chris Boardman or the European Union had their way the car driver would be liable for that.

Do be a little bit careful if driving abroad. In Germany cyclists (and pedestrians) have right of way if they are travelling straight on and you are turning left or right. Even if you have a green light. Can be quite scary. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
