no, there are no mountings in seat. someone on here got some mounts fitted (not cheap, in Holland if I recall?). The armrests from the wood company are good though

The armrests is real smart and practical. You will not be sorry if you fit them. Mine is the same material as the seats, Alpaca Leather.

should this be made a sticky thread?? A lot of people ask about armrests and the wood company do offer a discount to forum members. If you do make it sticky feel free to delete this post as it will be unneeded Thumbs Up At work

Hi Chris

Nice to see you found the forum Whistle

I don't think you can get the arm rest on its own, but i know i have felt the inside area and the chairs frame seems to have the fixing points if you can

I presume the chairs frame is pre made for the left and right hand markets.

If you can buy replacement arms as a part I suspect a coachbuilder would be able to make the necessary adjustments to fix it Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I've just fitted the arm-rest from 'The Woodcompany'. It's OK, but with hindsight wouldn't have bothered - it's not high enough to be of any real use.

I believe it is, only on the brit part one the bucket part appears to be plastic, wood co. is wood wrapped in leather (or pleather) at least mine is . maybe they changed? who knows? cares?? whatever ..I need more pills

edit. brit parts have a "Strong ABS storage base" and the slide feature which I dont have either , other than that they are identical Confused

edit edit Banging Head wood co website shows both the "Strong ABS storage base" and the leather wrapped type take your pick...good armrest though
