You could hook up a gang mower on the back and have that done in a jiffy? |

My lawn really does look as long as that - almost covers the Disco wheels (the freelander gets parked on the concrete driveway) |

Or perhaps I could have the tailgate open with Mam sat in the boot and a pair of garden shears in hand -then I do the difficult bit of driving round while she simply trims the grass - simple. |

Take a look in the Off Topic "Humour" section for an explanation of lawn mowing.

You can get a brush cutting grass mower, it has 2 large rear wheels and a large strimmer/cutter disc on the front for cutting over very overgrown rough ground, gorse etc? Lot easier than the normal strimmer you hold and swing which can become quite tiring after a while. |

Ha well funnily enough there are sheep in the next door field but I have been forbidden from speaking with the farmer because there are certain things growing which are definitely NOT to be eaten!!
