Just bought a Freelander 2 - maybe with a problem?

Hello!
Good day!
I have just bought a Freelander 2.
I love this LR and it has exceptional comfort!
This weekend took and made the short ride.
I noticed two things that I think are not well:
- In third and fourth gear, lean against the throttle, accelerating, I feel a certain blow to the back. I do not feel it makes a gradual acceleration, but lean against the pedal at the very bottom, set it.
- In the fifth gear, to also speed, I feel that the engine makes an acceleration, as if I stepped on the clutch pedal, around 90-100km / h. Passing this speed, I can already accelerate the car will have not have this reaction.

From your experience, what could it be?
Does the car was reprogrammed/remapped and, in this case, bad reprogrammed?
A differential problem?
misaligned wheels?

Before returning to the seller and have already trigger the guarantee to what I felt, I would like to know for sure what may be to require repair it, if necessary, and request that it be done by an expert in LR .

Thanks for all the attention spent.
Greetings
Joćo Reis

dual mass flywheel, I take it it is a manual transmission ?

have a read through the numerous posts on the forum and see if the symptoms match yours.

you should be ok with your years warranty to have it sorted.

Hello again.
Ok, i already now know what dmf is.
And yes, it is manual transmission.
I think that if it is really that, that shound not be too much expensive.
In your oppinion, the two symptoms, have the same resolution?
I will try to shearch for other posts.

Sorry if my english is not perfect.

There is a lot of discussion on here - do a search, but you could start with this: http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic4503.html?highlight=clutch
The usual problem is clutch slip as you describe in 5th and 6th gear only. This seems to be due not to the clutch itself, but to either the dual-mass flywheel or to the automatic adjuster, which gets full of dust and doesn't work properly. It seems likely that the clutch will have to come off to investigate. If the clutch plate is not worn you should be able to claim a fix under the warranty from your dealer.
While the clutch is off, be sure to have the clutch slave cylinder replaced, as it's a small part but cannot be replaced without removing the clutch etc. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
300TDi Disco (bought new - terrible car) sent back after 18 months
Freelander 1 Estate - leased, given back at end of lease
200TDi Disco (bought from a mate with 100,000 on the clock) - Gone
Disco 2 TD5 - sold and exported to France
FR2 TD4 GS - Gone
FR2 SD4 HSE - Now changed for a DS
New model ex-demo Evoque S 180 in white
Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.
