England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Zermatt Silver
New bling for my fl2

Recived all this new stuff today for my 2007 car.

After looking through this forum I got some ideas how to tidy my car up a bit. (Just hope it doesn't end up looking chavy)
Looking forward to fitting them on (sticking them on would be a better word)
Also got some new wheel arch seals, the others were hanging off and looked realy untidy.
Getting an oil change and new oil filter, also a new fuel filter on Saturday.
Oh ...I have also ordered a freel2.com car sticker!

Stuff looks good take some photos once you've fitted them, place your car in the sun or use a hair dryer becuause double sided tape sticks better to a warm surface Thumbs Up 2013 hse auto, black, almond leather, exnon lights, factory privacy glass, exhaust finisher, rear boot spoiler, mud flaps. Body door side moulding and steps.

Gone and fondly remembered

Ok, got busy today fitting the bling.
Actually I think it makes the car look really good. Not to chavy 'at all.
Only thing I need now are the chrome wing mirror covers.
Would any one know how to sort out peeling laquer on one of my wheels?

Well thanks for liking the "bling" wasn't sure if it was going to be to much but it turned out looking really good.

The tail gate chrome boot handle cover was £40 +vat from LR parts.
I got all the other chrome bits from them to.
Very quick delivery. It all came out rather expensive now I think about it!
(tip to self: don't order nice bits for your car while under the influence of alcohol!)

Thanks for that.My car is the same colour as yours,so it's good to see how it all looks.
One good thing about stick-ons is that you can always change the look easily,or go back to original.

Thanks offshore1987!
Last pic for now.

Just washed and polished.
Not sure now if colour coded wing mirrors would look better than chrome?
The chrome might just be that bit to much?
Any thoughts?

Looking very smart.

Stick some tin foil on the wing mirrors, back up a bit and see if you like it from a distance Smile FL2 2011 SD4 XS in Galway Green
