Pete - works fine now - car looks great BTW. I understand how you feel, felt the same when my 08 SE Rimini had to go!

Made my decision as well. Sold FL2 and bought a Disco 4!

Sorry to sell FL2 as had 2 1/2 years of trouble free motoring but needed more boot space and better lights! Drove the DS but too low and did not want to loose the command driving position.

Also for the spec I would have needed on a new DS I got a 62 plate Disco 4 HSE with less mileage, bi xenons, 20" alloys, privacy glass and park heating!

FL2 is the best car I have ever owned but I think the Disco will be just as good if not better. Thumbs Up Disco 4 HSE SDV6 Orkney Grey

The Disco is a cracking all round motor, I've come from 8 years with a D3 then D4.
However you'll need deep pockets as they're not cheap to run.
By comparison the FL2 is proving very economical in all areas of cost and is a cracking car.
However I wish I had deeper pockets!

Enjoy the D4 Thumbs Up

A sliding centre arm rest standard throughout the range, one thing that we do get that other markets don't in the lower ranges.

You can just make it out in this photo.

It's not too bad. The top slides forward, that's it in its normal position. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

LR Nut - that's a beauty and a great registration too. I'm rather jealous because, after having a G4 Disco 2 for 5 years (03-0Cool before my 2 Freelanders, my wife is firmly against me getting a Phoenix Orange DS. Probably Firenze again for me Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red
