I have used them several times with no issues but last weekend I ordered some discs and pads for wife's car. I received an email on Wednesday evening saying that they had a big computer problem to sort out. I am still waiting and just had an email from UPS to say it will be delivered tomorrow. Use them whenever i can, my brother gets a sizeable discount across the range on personal parts, for continuing to use them at his work. Its basicly what they pay for it plus a small % profit. Makes me laugh when i see 50% off xyz on their emails then i get about another 20% off that
