its the throttle body motor re setting itself, it its starts to click too then its on its way out.

It's the electronic throttle valve. It's job is to stop air going to the engine, this is used to stop the engine smoothly. When mine stopped working the engine vibrated when comming to a stop after being turned off. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

They don't. Diesel engines govern load by the amount of fuel. Excess air is require for complete combustion of diesel. Unlike their petrol counterparts that require a precise AFR. |
