Whilst notching up a few extra miles recently, I noticed quite a few new bypasses / junctions etc. not showing on the map.

I was disappointed that the built-in sat. nav. is still as rubbish on my 2014 car as it was on the 2011 loan car I had a few years ago - you need more than 400yds warning to take an exit from a dual-carriageway! Gordon

if you split the screen in half then the right hand side shows the next step well in advance |

Is that like the Motorway mode, which shows the distance to the next junctions instead of the one on your route? Gordon

I think I know the setting you mean, so yes it is similar - but works for junctions, roundabouts etc too
