Hello all . am having a problem on my 2013 Freelande 2 the audio navigation , fm , cd or it is not responding nothing is playing up . The mechanic says it's the amplifier. But am not sure that it's to do with the amplifier ?

Seems the problem disappeared by himself. Two days after the "mute" mode, just taken an appointment at the dealer, started the engine and the system worked again ! Consider that meanwhile, all the other devices were ok (CD, DAB, Phone, Rear Cam and sensors, iPod, Navi), simply non sounds at all, only visual indication on the Multimedia screen. Really strange experience indeed, hope it won't Happen again !!

Hi, I have a 2008 and have just replaced the radio/cd player due to the cd player not playing cds. I bought the radio which is exactly the same from eBay and the cd is working fine. However, the radio goes off after about a minute and a message "invalid vin system shut down" comes up on the screen. Can anyone please help me on how I rectify this. Thanks. I have the serial number.
