Had this twice on my 2 previous Freelanders. Cleared after restart. Sounded to me as though the engine management computer gets the firing order wrong. Dealer could find nothing wrong and as it happened so rarely, could not reproduce it for dealer. |

Happens with the Bosch EDC17 ECUs (MY2011 on).... On other models/manufacturers too. |

I have seen this too on one of our cars, just once then OK. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
