Brake parts

What is the general view on brake parts (pads and discs etc) these days? My wife's Peugeot needs some discs and pads so I looked at Eurocarparts and they do things like Pagid and Eicher, Any views? (I heard that Pagid is actually their own brand - true?) 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

We have used pagid brake pads on different cars and have never had any problems, they seem good quality for a reasonable price and euro car parts service has been good too.
They are part of a larger group and I believe are oe manufacturers for some of the German car brands.

Just put Pagid discs and pads (front and rear) on the FL2 - seem to be good quality parts, fit well and early indications of performance seem to be positive.

Got the lot for £165 so seem to be priced competitively too.

Yep, another vote for Pagid. Good parts at a sensible price. John
