Landrover dealer wanted around £800 fitted which is just plain ridiculous. I paid £250 fitted from a place in Barking, Essex. I think it was ebay seller OPonline or similar. I do know the price went up by £50 about a month after I had mine. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.

Powerful UK steps are a direct copy of LR steps, if you can swing a spanner then an easy job to fit - 1 hour tops! 2014 SE Loire Blue SD4 Auto (MY15)

Yes I saw those but wasn't going to take the risk on such a visible large item. Only way is to take risk and purchase. I was advised by another owner that the fit was "not good". Mine, LR OE, fitted perfectly. If you do go ahead I would be interested in seeing a pic of the steps and fitted. Otherwise you can do what I did and negotiated a rather nice discount from your LR parts department using the non genuine as a bargaining tool. Good luck but I very happy with the OE part which BTW has LR identification underneath which the Chinese copy may not!
