Wishbone bush

Has anybody replaced the front wishbone bush (rear one). Or does the wishbone has to be replaced completely? Picture of bush in gallery.

I have the replacement part, will it just slide out? It doesn't have a nut it the center of the bush. I've put a picture of how it looks.
