Partial mounting of front bumper chrome plate

Seems that VPLFT0004 comes in two pieces.

This is fitting manual:

Please look at this:

Photo comes from trivett.com.au but can't find this item I guess car is sold.. I found this image throught Google images.

Looks like an Evoque. Nice to me.

BTW. Who has this plate normally fitted to his black Freelander and how it looks?

There is sale at local dealer and I could got it for ~EUR150 excluding VAT tax. There a few items left. Regular price is much higher.

PS Or maybe central plastic underguard is totally unmounted on this photo - I am not sure

From the instructions link you posted it appears to be a permanently fixed trim panel that replaces the towing eye cover.
No doubt this is to allow permanent access to the towing eye.

The other solution is to get a Mantec plate and you get a bit of protection at the same time. Whistle

Looking at that link Paul, it seems it's a two piece towing eye cover.
The frame as on the FL2 pic above, with the cover sloting into that.

Hello again

I've bought this but has been mounted traditional way.
As I thought it's only sticker, so one of these plates is detachable.
Access to the tow eye is possible.
It is not any protection, just nice look.
