voice activation

Hi does anyone know if voice control can be activated on my 2014 GS tried dealer but no joy there. just seems a waste of a button Laughing

just wondering is it just a download or more complicated.

Apart from that 'loving my first Landy' Thumbs Up

I think it only works if Sat Nav is fitted as it is set up & controlled from that screen.
It's a bit of a gimmick and I don't think you are missing much!

It's tedious in use, as Dilwyn said " your not missing much"
I have it and find Siri much quicker, although even that has started to confirm everything Evil or Very Mad

I never use it. It's a bit long winded when you can just press a button. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

I thought I was the only one that used and liked it. It is so convenient to turn on the radio, make calls and use the Satnav.I use it most days and it's great not to have to take your hands off the wheel.

I use voice activation on my Beemer and have a work colleague called Mike Hunt (needless to say if I say his name correctly it doesnt recognise it and I have to pronounce it 'Mi Kunt' and it finds it straight away, strangely he is a bit of one of them so it makes me laugh everytime I ring him Rolling with laughter
