Quentin Wilson - Couldn't they find someone less smug ? As for Jodie Kidd hardly full of personality and charisma.
The only good thing was seeing the Merc SL and the 250 Spider - as long as you turned the sound off.
As for the 'barn find' section, what's the point of showing something un-restorable in a field ? _________________

Agreed - Quentin Wilson is trying to model himself on Jeremy CLarkson, even to the extent of slagging off TR7's and their owners for comic effect. I didn't find it funny in the slightest. As for Jodie Kidd - truly awful.

I will definitely weatch the next episode, but only because of the cars.

I suppose any new show can be a bit hit and miss at first until it finds its feet. I imagine the first ever Top Gear was also a bit flat and when you see early versions of it it wasn't much at all but it eventually evolved and found its audience. I don't think this show is trying to replicate TG in any way but can you imagine what TG would be like without an audience of howling sycophants? It's just about cars, not Quentin Wilson and Jodie Kidd wheras TG is all about the three wise men.
