Cb aerial mount??

Where have you got yours?? Was thinking of either on the roof rails (when fitted) or direct onto the fl2..... Spoiler??

Thoughts would be much appreciated

I only use rail rail mounts (I made much more secure) NEVER a mag mount they can do SOOO MUCH damage.

never had anything fail or fall off

Mudslinger as you can see from my sig I am a MSA licenced Safety Radio operator and have always used mag mounts and never had one fall off, even when chauffeuring MSA Stewards over Forestry Commission tracks at 40/50 MPH.

Having said that my mag mounts are all 6 inch diameter and I run the aerial cables into the car via the tailgate and never damaged a cable yet.
Not concerned about looks as radios are only fitted for event and stored in my home office between events.

Buy a K400 trunk mount, remove the bottom part and screw straight into the rear roof bar mounting holes. Run the cable along the side of the plastic trim and into the boot via the flap by the lights
