Scotland 2014 Freelander 2 TD4_e Dynamic Manual Fuji White
Pimento owners club

As pimento is quite a rare interior option colour on the FL2 and was only reserved for the dynamic is would be nice to be able to find out how many were actually built with this ebony/pimento combo! I did ask Pete a while back but he was not able to find out.

Would be nice to see how many of us where brave enough to spec it from new/purchase a vehicle in this combo.

Every dynamic up here on the road seems to be ebony/ebony interior as when I rarely see one I always tend to look at the door card or passager seat!

The different dealers that I spoke to when placing the order all said the dynamic model is very popular and demos/showroom vehicles don't hang around for long, but most customers were only made aware of the model once they seen a demo or a vehicle in the showroom and noticed the bodykit and asked what it is! A majority of them would take the showroom car which are always ordered in ebony/ebony.

Only 3 Interior options were available

Ebony/Ebony - Too common
Ebony/Ivory - I have seen a couple of these
Ebony/Pimento- Not seen any apart from mine.

Heres a pic to kick of this thread ....

Also what's the best type of leather conditioner as I don't want to put cream leather feed on pimento and end up with pink seats MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Autoglym Leather Cleaner followed by Autoglym Leather Feed will be fine. I used these on my Evoque Dynamic Lux which incidentally had the Pimento Interior & it was all good. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.

I've got an expensive (pimento shade) red leather Stresless recliner chair.
When I bought it, I was told no need to buy expensive leather cleaners, just to use Pampers baby wipes.
They're very gentle, they clean and they condition.
Been using these over the last two years and all is fine ....... the chair is ok too. Thumbs Up

I always used Gliptone, it adds to the leather smell as well as cleaning/conditioning. Nearly used all mine up now but had a new bottle of the LR leather stuff included with the car so will give that a try. FL2 Metropolis, Loire Blue, ebony/ivory

I saw one in Shrewsbury when I was looking to buy mine. I can't recall the external colour but certainly liked the seat.
