I do wonder also why they blurr the idiots number plate, yet the White van in the next lane, doing nothing wrong they don't bother, should be the other way around. |

I will tell my neighbour that her story is nonsense, no one knows only the driver where the snow came from, the BBC can only report on the facts at hand.

In Canada the snow clearance from vehicles is well enforced, for good reason. A 10 cm layer of ice on your roof suddenly coming loose under heavy braking for a pedestrian crossing for example becomes a very efficient scythe.... |

when I was out a walk the other day a driver of a high top luton van was weaving all over the road, trying to make ice/snow fall off the roof and hit pedestrians on the adjacent footway.
