Not 100% on this but the Genuine Discs are TRW ones, Pads certainly are. |

I used TRW (original equipment) for all parts: 2 disc and 2 sets of brake pads.

I am happy to go with whatever Steve @ Advanced sells. I have B&B discs and pads on my D3 and VW Passat. I have to say, the front ones on my D3 have warped, BUT, they are being replaced under warranty. Many in the D3 world use B&B and have no issues with them and I am happy to believe that this rare - if it weren't, believe me, Steve wouldn't stock them.

Or since it's a Ford braking system you could always get the same parts cheaper from them (does anyone know equivalent part numbers?) when I last bought genuine LR brake parts they were stamped FoMoCo! |

I used Mintex pads and discs, front and rear on mine and I CANNOT get rid of the squeal when coming to a stop. I have removed, lubed and roughed them up countless times with no joy. Mind you, it's handy for letting me know when wifey has arrived home and I can quickly change TV channels before she gets indoors, if you know what I mean. |

Don't be put off by our reasonable prices, we did this for the forums, they aren't cheap we just don't make much profit!
