Here's a picture, might be accesible from the wheel arch with the wheel and the arch liner off, have a peep through the search function, it throws up loads of info, like this post from Pab.

Sounds like it can be accessed from the arch with the wheel and the liner off, make sure the car is secure if you have the wheel off.

It could only be that the pipe/hose as come off or split from the bottle. Sorry forget that I didn't read your first post right |

Like said have alook though the wheel arch, but if you need to remove the bottle don't try and remove via just the wheel arch unless you have no bones in your arms lol
