What is the maximum travelling speed that you can open and or close the Sunroof. It is not stated in the owners manual?

and at what speed does the sunroof fly off when when fully slid open?? Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black

I have only had driven my car for a few days but my wife opened the sunroof ( while I was driving ) with a speed off 65 - 70 miles per hour and it was ok .
