Not good new, I'm afraid. My contacts in LR tell me that there are only 2 G4 FL2s in the plan for the 2008-09 challenge so not the mainstream compeition vehicles at all.

The Sept and Oct issues of Overlander 4WD magazine will show G4 FL2s. Also keep an eye on LRM. --

Hiya RMP Any chance you could scan in the pictures? Chris B - Don't suppose your contacts know if and when the G4 accessories for FL2s will be available to buy through our dealers? Rich |

Sorry, you'll need to wait for the magazines to hit the shelves. G4 accessories will mostly be available through dealers. Mantec make most of the kit so you can go direct. I know some markets will not have the FL2 underbody protection guards plates, get those direct from Mantec. --

Nice pic in the latest LRO - a recce convoy including 2 FL2s. These must be the 2 I had heard of. The text says that all models will be used - but without saying what for!

They are the two. HSE TD4s. At the time of writing it hadn't been decided what they would be used for. -- Robert |
