Work I mean.

I run a small motor mechanics training centre, dealing with mainly school students who get an entry level City & Guilds qualification. Finished at 9.10 this morning when my Friday group failed to turn up - apparently their school closed yesterday! Still, they paid handsomely in advance for today's session so I'll call that my Christmas present.

Me and the wife are off to Dorset with a dozen friends and eight spaniels on the 28th for a week in a big old house we've rented and we'll be spending the new year there.

Back on Jan 5th. How about you?

Finished today officially, have a couple of sales leads to follow up on Monday/ Tuesday and that's it until the 5th.
Emergency calls will be dealt with, limited to fire and flood, anything else can wait

Friday after new years, it a day off

Back on 5th Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Working nights till tomorrow then on days from Monday till next Sunday then lates the following Monday.
So I get 2 Sunday's off

Done very little this week, was hoping to finish today, now there is not enough days next week, at the moment it's Monday and Tuesday then that's it till next year.

Have already booked 15 weeks away on caravan rally's, working on extending this.

Finished at 1600 yesterday, back in on the 5th and then on the 9th I fly out to Saudi for 6 weeks.

Retired aged 57 in 2009 , wife just finished today for 2 weeks ( school break ) .

Off to Derbyshire with the caravan on Sunday 21st December until 2nd January - may extend that for a day or two.
