NSR door

The NSR door on my 07 FL2 has now decided to not open when you remote unlock it and pull the handle.
If you open it from inside or flick the small lock lever on the inside it opens ok, as there is no resistance on the lever, is there some kind of switch/ mechanism that could be sticking or faulty. Question

I had this one mine. Apparently its a "feature" of the FL2 Wink - cost me around £60 I recall.

It could be the door latch, both my rear doors have done this. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
Gone MY2010 Freelander 2 Manual TD4.e S, Alaska White.
