It looks like the boots a decent size in the LR photo shoot, at a guess that's with them slide forward

HSE?

Maybe the reason most current DS buyers are choosing HSE or HSE Lux spec is that the SE & SE Tech specs are not great unless options are added. As already mentioned, options added rapidly raise price above next model.

One thought I had when the DS launch range was announced was that there was no room for a spec lower than the SE without compromising its basic functions. Life is not a dress rehearsal!

Still tempted by a full fat Disco SE but get more for my money on the DS but my current D4 is a GS which has nothing on it, which doesn't bother me as such it does what it says on the tin. I think the new SE has a tiny bit more.

Why dont you be a good boy and wait for the new Disco to come out and then snap up a current range new one! Im sure LR will have some sort of offers on to clear stock might even get a good deal on a SE Tech Whistle

That's a good idea as deals are always available on run out models. The clearing stock thing is just a myth these days, and JLR only build sold orders/dealer demos (which are also sold vehicles to dealers) and staff cars.

After the crash of 2007, manufacturers never stock pile cars now. Well I say none, the manufacturers with high desirability like JLR will never stock pile. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Disco 4 replacement will be a real world version of the concept we saw in the summer. Slightly bigger than the current Disco 4.

It won't be called Disco 5 either. It will have a new name apparently. So based on the current naming theme, are we about the see a Discovery Vogue? Lol

All I have been told about the baby Disco is that will be about the size of the Freelander 1, maybe a little smaller like the size of the Vauxhall Mokka and Audi Q3. Aimed at small families but will still have peerless off road ability.

Don't know what it will be called though, but it will be Discovery 'Something'

There is also talk of a bigger Disco that will be FFRange Rover size and go up against the Toyota Land Cruiser. But there was talk of a 4-5 model Discovery line up! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Interesting Mav! The Disco concept does look nice a bit rounded for me but something I might look at as an upgrade in the future... MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior
