Congrats Ron , but smiling is a bit mild.....If you'd bought a black one you'd be laughing away like a good un. Fl2 ownership does seem to be a very positive experience ...so far. Just make sure your side indicators are not orange ..that's a cardinal sin here At work

You will have to forgive me but the side indicators are orange. With regards to perma-grin, that's a relief as my muscles are starting to ache, but it's so worth it.

For the side steps the holes are drilled but you need 'rivnuts' in the holes. these come with the steps but officially you need a rivnut setting tool, It is possible to set a rivnut with 2 normal spanners though, I did mine successfully. Also you have to pull the sill trim off the car too this clicks back on easy enough.

They should be the same fixing as the pipes that CG fitted to his, so he could give you some pointers, I have my dealer fix mine
