Since the i6 is a Volvo designed engine (also used in the XC60 and S80) look for videos on you tube for the Volvo 3.2L spark plug (It's the same engine built in the same factory). Easy to do, you'll need a socket extender. Just one cable in the way. Found that Landrover dealers (CAD) actually sell the plugs for less than the Volvo dealers.
