i saw the Martinique Blue at my dealer the other day Very Happy

I first though it really nice, sort of a blue version of the tambora flame, but looking at it whilst waiting I started to think it wouldn't be the colour for me,

It was just too bright a blue, that would look really bad if slightly dirty Confused Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Overview
Freelander 09MY aims to make subtle improvements to the Freelander 2 specifications, in particular to XS and HSE derivatives and the formal inclusion of HST as part of the main range line-up. 09MY also introduces a range of changes across the range which freshen the vehicle and address a number of initial customer concerns:
Details of Changes
Product content for 2009 Model Year as follows:
Standardisation of the Premium Pack for HSE Specifications
Page 3 of 7 Version 1
The HSE will now feature the premium pack as standard which includes the following additional features:
Exterior
• Body-coloured, restyled bumper aprons front and rear
• Body coloured sill panels
• Additional upper tailgate spoiler
• 'Tungsten' coloured door handles
Interior
• Unique leather seat facings with revised seat stitching and perforations
• Enhanced functionality of electric seats
-
Driver 8 way (seat cushion tilt adjust )
-
Front passenger 6 way (height adjust)
• Sliding cover over centre console tray
To maintain a reasonable price walk between SE and the HSE, the 19" 10-spoke shadowchrome alloy wheels will not be featured as standard equipment. These will be made available as an option for the HSE priced at £650.
The introduction of a Style Pack Option for the XS specification
The XS Style Pack option will provide a more overtly styled XS model which can be positioned as an alternative to the SE derivative similar to the position held by HST relative to the HSE. Priced at £1,600, the XS Style option pack will include

The flip side of power, you can never again be just one of the lads Laughing Your now a bit like spiderman

Interesting reading Nickwill, So it seems those wheels are for the XS specials 'Unique, new 19” road wheels in sparkle finish' but only for 6mths of the year!

Clear indicators for all Thumbs Up I bet the ebay sellers will be cross about that Laughing At work

Excellent info guys...thanks!! Thumbs Up

So I guess it won't be long until a new brochure and detailed info/pics are made available for us potential consumers...

I guess it's back to the drawing board for me.... since I wanted an XS with the sports styling pack...
Now it seems I might have to go with the XS + XS style pack but this will leave me without the front grille and side aprons... Hmmmm..interesting dilemma.

The premium pack costs £1850, so discounting the wheels, its £1200, so you are saving a little bit. Phil

the prices are list price for the standard car, from how i read it, so it looks like the 2009 are more expensive.

The style pack are a optional extra on top of the price i quoted Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Yes standard list price but the current 2008 HSE does not have the premium pack as standard, it costs £1850 extra. The 2009 HSE comes with premium pack (without wheels) but only increased in price by £1040. That's how I read it...either way, grrr...should have waited a bit longer Laughing Phil

THey are the 'map' pockets at the front of the front seats on the HSE model.

THe FL2 isnt the best for storing nik naks so these pockets are great for storing your mobile phone or house keys, or even a map! Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black
