Ukraine 2013 Freelander 2 2.0T SE Auto Fuji White
Hi, & garage tight squeeze!

Hi all. Bought a new Freelander before it is replaced. I like the DS in some aspects but actually prefer the current shape. The car in garage complete with top of the range grass when one steps in or out. It feels quite good and reminds me I should get out in the bush more often. 15mm height clearance even after a modification to the roller shutter. Still have to put the front mud flaps on and airing the LR rubber floor mats for a few more weeks before they go in.

United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Loire Blue

Reminds me of the time years ago a friend had to remove a rear half shaft from his car in his garage. He got it all jacked up on axle stands, stripped it down and when he pulled the half shaft out he found that the wall was too close and the shaft wouldn't come out so he had to put it all back together to roll it outside a couple of feet then start again. He considered knocking a brick out but his wife was having none of it.

If you ever park it long term be sure to leave access to the front passenger door, The car systems will go to sleep and the only way to revive it is the manual key in the passenger door.
A few have been caught out with this in tight garages. At work
