Highest personal email count for a while today, with 'black Friday' emails from Euro Car Parts and Screwfix to several from Amazon. At work (and I work in education) I even had a 'black Friday' email from a university service provider offering 'deals' on courses.

If they can sell TV at such a price that people fight over them (what was the saving anyway?) they must have been over priced for the other 364 days Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

The TVs at Asda were Polaroid. Never associated them with TVs, however, they had been £219 to £139. They were what people were after in the main. Tesco's iPad mini were £199 down to £149. Nothing worth loosing your dignity over. |

A local VW dealer were doing a Black Friday sale apparently. Distinct lack of crowds and punch ups though LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
