Dashboard Clock not working

Hi Everyone

We had a genuine LR tower and electrics fitted to our 2011 F2 yesterday and while that is working fine, when I got in and started it up this morning the instrument panel clock is now reading --/-- although the radio clock is reading as normal.

I've tried adjusting the radio clock to see if it would 'wake up' the instrument clock but no joy.

Any ideas before I take it back to the towbar guys?

Thanks

Joe

The car needs to be coded to tell it the towbar and electrics have been added. A LR Dealer will automatically do it, if the towbar was fitted by a non LR Dealer it may not have been done and needs to be done.

Hi there,

Yep it has been coded - in fact I think this is where the problem has arisen. Could it be possible that the CFF was updated to include the towbar but has excluded dash clock?

Just to round this one off - carried out a hard re-set and changed the radio clock again and the dash clock came back to life Very Happy

Happy Days
