Thanks for the warm welcome guys. This was it soon after delivery nice and clean; after 3 weeks on Somerset's fine lanes it doesn't look quite the same now... |

Looks a nice motor ... I've the same in grey ... Did you go for the auto ? Now it's been mentioned my tyres are looking worn on the shoulders on only the front tyres and mine car is only 18 months old ... Anybody know why continentals wear on the shoulders ??? Is it too low or high pressure or just crap ??? I had wranglers on my old XS and they were fine for years ... 2007 freelander 2 XS td4 Stornaway Grey .... GONE |

Thanks. I liked the Orkney but as my Beemer is grey we had to go for something different ! Yes it's auto and whilst not quite as smooth as the 8-sp auto fitted in mine very happy with it so far. |

All SD4's are auto for the FL2. The Evoque however gets a SD4 manual and the DS will have the same option! I really wonder why they didn't bring out this option for the FL2? Clearly even JLR recognise that there is still a high demand for stick shift!
