EGR Hose? Part number

I've been having issues with my car. They seem to sort out one and replace the alternator (ouch), but the initial problem was that the car was 'lumpy' and really not ruining correctly.

Since replacing the alternator, the lumpiness is still there and now I have black smoke.

So I've read up a lot and thanks to this forum (and I can not find the post now!) I've narrowed it down to the EGR inlet pipe having a split. Why the mechanic didn't find this given he must have almost taken it apart in getting to the alternator, is beyond me!

I'm uploading photos with this and need help!

i) Is this the EGR as I think it is.
ii) The short pipe leading into it is the one that is split. Anyone know what it is called / the LR part number, so I can try to buy a replacement.

Many thanks

The image below is from the site and clicking on the item numbers will bring up a dialogue box with the correct part numbers. Thumbs Up
